Prince George: Consultants expected to choose a site for the Performing Arts Centre by September
With the Smart Growth on the Ground planning complete, the selection of a site for the Prince George Regional Performing Arts Centre is once again underway.
Vice President Jo Graber says the Arts Centre Society waited for the Smart Growth initiative to wrap up before engaging consultants at the suggestion of the City.
He says consultants will be in Prince George throughout the summer looking at six or seven locations where the Regional Performing Arts Centre could be built.
Graber says a detailed business plan should be finished in October with the final report, including some design concepts and illustrations, being ready by year end.
