Nelson: School, gallery collaborate on art course
This summer Oxygen Art Centre and SelfDesign High will partner to offer a unique learning opportunity for youth who are passionate about visual arts.
From July 5 to 31, any youth in grades 10 to 12 will be able to immerse themselves in an intensive art experience which includes both instructional workshops and independent exploration.
This is a rare opportunity for young artists to work collaboratively and experimentally in a studio setting with the guidance of professional artists and certified teachers.
