Katharine Carol to head Vancouver International Children’s Festival

The former Cultural Olympiad program manager for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games has just been named the new artistic and executive director of the Vancouver Children’s Festival.

Katharine Carol, who has also worked with events like Winterruption and Illuminares, starts her new post in September.
