Invermere: Metal works comes to the Tour of the Arts
Cajsa Fredin is the part owner of Black Star Studios in Invermere and works with metal and found objects to create stunning works of art. This year sees the local artist getting involved with the Tour of the Arts happening on August 1 at five different sites.
Working with metal was a natural progression for Casja where the material she uses shapes the style of what she makes.
While in university, Cajsa saw her work as being a more clean cut style but over time there is now a more organic feel to what she does.
