Culture a priority on west coast: survey
Arts and culture play an important part in the lives of West Coast residents but many artists are still finding it hard to make a living, according to the results of a recent survey.
The Pacific Rim Arts Society (PRAS) released the survey results last month during a workshop at the Tofino Botanical Gardens.
