Campbell River: Celebration of art set for this weekend at Painter’s
The 16th Annual Painters at Painter’s celebration of art is scheduled for May 28-30, at Painter’s Lodge, Campbell River.
For many it is a reunion. For others, it’s their first time. For all, it is a weekend that celebrates a stunning variety of artistic talent.
“This is the most exhilarating event an artist could hope for”, says Order of Canada recipient, Arthur Vickers. “Painters at Painter’s is good for the soul. It inspires, excites and encourages. It is truly an original concept and the only one of its kind in the world.”
During the weekend, thousands of art enthusiasts will have the opportunity to meet with over 30 of BC’s finest artists and watch them practice their craft on the beautifully landscaped oceanfront resort.
