ART AT WORK: Richmond’s annual Art Symposium
If you are an artist or work in the cultural sector, the City of Richmond invites you to attend ART AT WORK: Richmond’s second annual Arts Symposium on Saturday, April 17, 2010.
ART AT WORK is full day of professional development workshops and networking especially for you. Learn how to write an effective media release, get a handle on social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), re-jig your promotional materials, figure out which expenses are tax deductible, and much more.
The cost per person is $45 and includes lunch and a post-symposium reception. And if you are a member of the Richmond Arts Coalition, you pay only $35. (RAC membership is $5 and available at www.richmondartscoalition.com)
Deadline to register: April 9, 2010. Space is limited, so register early to avoid disappointment.
